| LEARN TO DIVE
Summer is a great time to learn the sport of diving. These sessions are designed for divers of all ages and abilities. Diving is a great sport for young athletes. It helps children become stronger and more flexible as well as developing muscle coordination, concentration and diving confidence. All this, and kids as well as adults have a lot of fun learning new dives!
If you want your child to learn the safe and proper way to dive, this program is a must. Adults, don't forget it's never too late to learn the correct way to dive! Have fun learning the basics or perfecting that front flip! The program will teach the fundamentals to ensure that students learn to be safe on a diving board and the skills needed to advance into the competitive aspect of diving.
Divers must to be able to go off the board on their own and swim to the side of the pool.
2018 Learn to Dive Dates - Registration is OPEN
Sessions run Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:10 am to 12:00 pm. Click on the Session to enroll in the dive program.
Session 3: July 2, 5 & 6 * Note M/Th/F Session. No session July 4
Evening Session - This year we will have one evening learn to dive session. It will be held on July 9 & 11 from 6 - 7:15 pm. The session name is Evening Learn to Dive.
NEW! Sunday Sessions - This year we are offering 3 Sunday morning sessions. The first session will be over 2 Sundays, and then there will be 2 sessions that are each one Sunday.
Sunday Session 1: June 17 & 24 (10:30 - 11:45 am)
Sunday Session 2: July 8 (10:30 am - 1 pm)
Sunday Session 3: July 15 (10:30 am - 1 pm)
Cost per session: $50/members, $75/non-members
Registration: Go to the Calendar and find the start date of the session you wish to register for. Then click on the session and it will take you to the registration form. Members need to be logged in to their account to get the member rate.
