We are pleased to have Head Coach Caitlin McGing lead the way to yet another successful season for the Frogs!

Coach Caitlin is excited to return for her fifth year at Forest Hill! This will be her first year as Head Coach! Caitlin grew up swimming on the Columbia Association Aquatics (CAA) swim team. Her love of swimming started on the Harper's Choice Challenge summer team (in the Columbia Neighborhood Swim League, CNSL) when she was six. She swam competitively through high school and also swam at Salisbury University. After college she started coaching on CNSL for 5 years, until she moved to the Frogs in 2010! During the school year, she is a professional school counselor for the Baltimore County Public School System. She also coaches year round for CAA; currently helping new year-round swimmers ages 8-10 become more competitive. Her coaching philosophy is to help create well balanced swimmers by improving technique, increasing endurance and engaging in good sportsmanship and fun! She will be bringing her 10 years of coaching experience with her this summer to the frogs! "I am excited to see our returning frogs and meet our new faces, too! Get ready for a fun summer!"

Joining Coach Caitlin this year will be Assistant Coach Jen Lucht-Sacks and Coaches Dani Clark and Alex Ewart.

Coach Jen grew up swimming for the Forest Hill Frogs and is excited to be returning to the team as a coach this year! She continued to swim at Grove City College, where she also studied Elementary Education. During the school year, Coach Jen teaches 2nd grade at Ducketts Lane Elementary School in Howard County. She loves working with kids and sharing her love of swimming. She can't wait for a great 2016 season!

Coach Dani was a member of the Forest Hill frogs swim team for 14 years which led her to Retriever Aquatic Club where she was a member of the swim team for 11 years. After graduating from Howard High School in 2015, she began attending Towson University where she studies exercise science and is a member of the Towson University women's swim team. At Forest Hill, she has been a lifeguard and taught swim lessons for 4 years.
